Holiday changeover clean

When you or your guests require the property to be cleaned at the end of the stay.

• Dust furniture, vacuum floors and rugs, mop tiled floors.
• Clean hob, wipe out oven, fridge, freezer, wipe down kitchen unit doors and drawers.
• Dispose of opened and perishable food items.
• Clean mirrors and when required clean inside windows.
• Clean and sanitise bins, sinks, toilets, baths and showers.
• Launder towels and sheets.
• Provide clean towels, tea towels, ironed sheets and pillow cases and re-make beds.
• Light bulbs will be replaced (owner to provide bulbs or we will acquire and invoice).
• A minimum of two sets (better 3) of bed linen and towels are to be provided by the owner.
• Washing of beach/pool towels, sofa throws, bedspreads, tablecloths, mattress protectors, blankets etc will incur additional charge.
• For each clean we will wash, dry 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet or quilt cover, 1 pillow case, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel per person. 1 bath mat, up to 4 tea towels. Other items will incur an additional charge.
• Any items in addition to usual cleaning that are required will be invoiced.
• If there is no washing machine available at the property then the costs below will be increased.

Midweek Clean / Mid Holiday Clean

When you or your guests require the property to be cleaned at the middle of the stay.

• Sweeping all floors in rooms and terraces.
• Mopping all floors in rooms and terraces.
• Cleaning dust from all furniture.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all bathroom sanitary wares (basin, bath, toilet, bidet, etc).
• Ensuring there are sufficient rolls and all light bulbs are working properly.
• Cleaning kitchen top and sink.
• Changing all linens and towels.
• Empty bins and throwing out all rubbish.

Spring Cleaning

When was the last time your home had a really deep clean? Perhaps you only manage to keep on top of the day chores but don´t get the opportunity to give your home a really thorough clean. Following a no obligation consultation, we will come to your home and blitz those neglected areas, leaving your home refreshed and rejuvenated.

After Event – Party Cleaning

Hopefully your event or party was a great success but the cleaning up afterwards can be a real anti-climax..
